Customer-requested cancellations, partial cancellations, quantity changes, or item changes are not accepted after an order is confirmed, even before release or dispatch. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. Thank you for your understanding.
Wait for release and arrival
Release dates are manufacturer estimates and may change. After arrival at our warehouse, our staff inspect the exterior and condition of every item individually before careful packing and dispatch.
Shipping based on your order total
Rising Fun covers domestic Yamato postage for discounted merchandise totals of ¥30,000 or more. Below ¥30,000, the recipient pays the actual Yamato postage at delivery.

Can I cancel or change an order after confirmation?
No. Customer-requested cancellations, partial cancellations, quantity changes, and item changes are not accepted after confirmation, even before release or dispatch. Please check every detail and consider your purchase carefully before ordering. Thank you for your understanding.
When is shipping free?
Shipping is free when the discounted merchandise total is ¥30,000 or more. Below ¥30,000, Shopify shows ¥0 because it does not collect postage; the recipient pays the actual Yamato postage at delivery.
What happens if an order needs more than one parcel?
For qualifying orders of ¥30,000 or more, Rising Fun covers the Yamato postage for every required parcel. Below ¥30,000, the recipient pays the sum of the actual Yamato postage for all parcels. Packing materials are never added to the customer charge.
Can the release date change?
Yes. Manufacturer schedules are estimates and can be delayed or changed. We update product information when confirmed information becomes available.
