Payment timing

Delivery timing

Preorder products are dispatched promptly after release, arrival at our warehouse, individual exterior and condition inspection, and packing. Manufacturer and supplier release estimates may change.

Yamato Transport, Japan only, with postage payable by the recipient on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

Customer-requested cancellations, partial cancellations, quantity reductions, substitutions, and other order changes are not accepted after confirmation, including before release or dispatch. Contact us within 7 days for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Eligible unopened customer-convenience returns require contact within 14 days; the customer pays return shipping. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
