Delivery area

We currently deliver only to addresses within Japan.

Preorder fulfillment

Our storefront is focused on preorder products. Release dates shown on product pages are estimates supplied by the manufacturer or distributor and may be brought forward, postponed, or changed without notice.

After products arrive at our warehouse, our staff inspect the exterior and condition of every item individually before careful packing. Factory-sealed products remain sealed. We dispatch the order promptly after inspection and packing, and send a shipping confirmation with tracking information after dispatch.

Yamato Transport shipping charges

When the discounted merchandise total is ¥30,000 or more, Rising Fun Store covers the actual domestic Yamato Transport postage for every parcel required to fulfill the order. The checkout shipping option is shown as “Free shipping (orders of ¥30,000 or more).”

When the discounted merchandise total is below ¥30,000, orders are shipped by Yamato Transport with postage payable by the recipient on delivery (送料着払い). The ¥0 shipping line shown by Shopify means that postage is not collected at checkout; it does not mean free shipping for an order below the threshold.

For an order below ¥30,000, the recipient pays Yamato Transport's actual postage when the parcel is delivered. The amount is determined by the packed parcel's size and weight, the delivery destination, and the number of parcels. Current rates can be checked on the official Yamato Transport rate table. Packing materials add ¥0 to the customer charge.

Orders with multiple products

We combine products where it is safe and reasonably practical. For qualifying orders of ¥30,000 or more, Rising Fun Store covers the Yamato Transport postage for every required parcel. Below ¥30,000, if an order requires more than one parcel because of size, weight, or product protection, the recipient pays the combined actual Yamato postage for all parcels.

Delivery timing and delays

Transit time after dispatch depends on the destination. Weather, traffic, carrier operations, and remote-island service conditions may cause delays. Release and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
