We want you to shop with confidence. Below you’ll find our return and refund policy, designed to ensure a smooth experience.

📅 Return Period

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unopened (for sealed items), with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Trading cards, blind box/lottery figures, and sealed collectibles cannot be returned once opened.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at info@risingfun.store. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

📦 Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🔄 Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
