Shipping Destinations

Domestic shipments across all prefectures.

🇩🇪 Germany
🇮🇹 Italy 🇫🇷 France 🇪🇸 Spain

International shipments to these EU destinations.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping to Japan

Standard Domestic Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout (based on weight and destination)
  • Free shipping: Orders over ¥10,000

Shipping to Europe

International Standard / Express

Carriers: DHL, FedEx, or local postal service

  • Standard: 7–14 business days
  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout (destination & item weight)
  • Free shipping: Not available

Customs & Duties

  • Japan: No customs fees for domestic orders.
  • Europe: Import duties, VAT, and other customs fees may apply per local regulations. These are not included in product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer on delivery.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package any time.
