About Pre-Order Items

This is a pre-order item. The listed release date is based on information from the manufacturer or supplier and may be changed, moved forward, or postponed without notice.

You can pre-order items before they arrive in stock. Once the item arrives at our store, we will inspect it and prepare it for shipping.

Cancellations and refunds for pre-order items cannot be accepted except where permitted by law or if there is a confirmed issue with the item. If we are notified by our supplier of any changes to stock availability, we will inform you as promptly as possible.

Upon arrival, unless you have special requests, our store staff will inspect the item and its packaging.

Shipping fees: If the item total after discounts is ¥30,000 or more, shipping within Japan via Yamato Transport is free of charge. If it is less than ¥30,000, shipping via Yamato Transport will be cash on delivery, and you will pay the carrier upon delivery. The shipping fee will be displayed as ¥0 at checkout.

Items will be shipped as soon as they are available after arrival and inspection. If you wish to store multiple items at our store so that they can be shipped together, please contact us before we prepare them for shipping.

How preorders work

  • Important

    Orders are final after confirmation

Customer-requested cancellations, partial cancellations, quantity changes, and item changes are not accepted after confirmation, even before release or dispatch. Please review every detail carefully before ordering.

  • Release estimates can change

Manufacturer release schedules are estimates and may be delayed or changed. We update confirmed information when available.

  • Japan delivery only

Orders must use a delivery address in Japan. We currently do not accept international delivery through this storefront.

  • Free shipping from ¥30,000

Rising Fun covers domestic Yamato postage when the discounted merchandise total is ¥30,000 or more. Below ¥30,000, the recipient pays actual Yamato postage at delivery.

  • Every item is inspected before dispatch

After products arrive at our warehouse, our staff inspect the exterior and condition of every item individually before careful packing. Factory-sealed products remain sealed.
