Pre-order Information

This item is available for pre-order. The release date provided is supplied by the manufacturer or distributor and may be subject to change, advancement, or delay without notice.

By placing a pre-order, the customer reserves the product before it arrives in our warehouse. The order will be processed and prepared after we receive the goods at our warehouse.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases provided by law or in the event of verified issues with the product. Any changes in availability communicated by the supplier will be managed and communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, all products are inspected by our team to check the external condition of the item and its packaging, unless the customer explicitly requests that no inspection be carried out.

The shipping cost is not final at the time of pre-order. It will be calculated and communicated after the products arrive at the warehouse, once the final weight, dimensions, and volume of the package have been verified.

Products will be shipped as soon as they are available after arrival and inspection at the warehouse. If you wish to keep one or more items at our warehouse to combine them with future orders or products, you must inform us before the shipment is prepared.

How preorders work

  • Important

    Orders are final after confirmation

Customer-requested cancellations, partial cancellations, quantity changes, and item changes are not accepted after confirmation, even before release or dispatch. Please review every detail carefully before ordering.

  • Release estimates can change

Manufacturer release schedules are estimates and may be delayed or changed. We update confirmed information when available.

  • Japan delivery only

Orders must use a delivery address in Japan. We currently do not accept international delivery through this storefront.

  • Free shipping from ¥30,000

Rising Fun covers domestic Yamato postage when the discounted merchandise total is ¥30,000 or more. Below ¥30,000, the recipient pays actual Yamato postage at delivery.

  • Every item is inspected before dispatch

After products arrive at our warehouse, our staff inspect the exterior and condition of every item individually before careful packing. Factory-sealed products remain sealed.
