Pre-order information

This item is available for pre-order. The release date shown is provided by the manufacturer or distributor and may change, move forward, or be delayed without notice.

By placing a pre-order, the customer reserves the product before it arrives at our warehouse. The order will be processed and prepared after we receive the goods at our warehouse.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by law or if a verified issue occurs with the product. Any availability changes communicated by the supplier will be handled and shared with the customer as soon as possible.

When the product arrives at our warehouse, our team checks the external condition of the item and packaging, unless the customer explicitly asks us not to perform this check.

The shipping cost is not final at the time of pre-order. It will be calculated and communicated after the products arrive at our warehouse, once the final weight, dimensions, and parcel volume have been confirmed.

Products will be shipped as soon as they are available after arrival and warehouse inspection. If you want to keep one or more items at our warehouse to combine them with future orders or products, you must tell us before shipping preparation begins.

Q How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

Q Will I pay customs, VAT or duties?
  • Japan: No customs fees on domestic orders.

Q How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number . Use it on the carrier's site or your order confirmation link to follow the delivery status.
Q What's your return & refund policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, unopened (for sealed items), with tags and original packaging.
  • Non-returnable: custom/personalized products, sale items, gift cards.
  • Trading cards, blind box/lottery figures, and sealed collectibles cannot be returned once opened.
To start a return, email info@risingfun.store . Items sent back without a prior request won't be accepted.
Q How are refunds issued?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days . Your bank/card provider may need extra time to post the refund.
Q Which payment methods do you accept?
  • Credit Card, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay (charged upon our approval; see below)
  • Bank Transfer: pay within 7 days after placing the order
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): paid on delivery (¥300 fee)
Q Why does my order show “Pending approval”?
For some orders we authorize the payment at checkout and capture it only after manual review (stock/quality/shipping check). If approved, we capture and ship; if not, we void the authorization (no charge).
If you need your order prioritized, reply to your confirmation email and we'll do our best to help.
Q Can I change or cancel my order?
