By placing a pre-order, the customer reserves the product before it arrives at our warehouse. The order will be processed and prepared after the goods are received at our warehouse.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required by law or when a verified product issue occurs. Any availability changes communicated by the supplier will be handled and shared with the customer as soon as possible.

When the product arrives at our warehouse, our team checks the external condition of the item and packaging, unless the customer explicitly asks us not to perform the check.

The shipping cost is not final at the time of pre-order. It will be calculated and communicated after the products arrive at our warehouse, once the final package weight, size, and volume have been verified.

Products will be shipped as soon as they are available after arrival and inspection at our warehouse. If you want us to hold one or more items at our warehouse to combine them with future orders or products, you must contact us before shipment preparation.

Orders must use a delivery address in Japan. We currently do not accept international delivery through this storefront.

Free shipping from ¥30,000
