This item is available for pre-order. The release date indicated is provided by the manufacturer or distributor and may be subject to changes, advances or delays without notice.

By placing a pre-order, the customer reserves the product before it arrives in the warehouse. The order will be managed and prepared after receiving the goods at our warehouse.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases provided for by law or in the event of problems verified with the product. Any changes in availability communicated by the supplier will be managed and communicated to the customer as soon as possible.

Upon arrival in the warehouse, all products are checked by our team to verify the external condition of the item and packaging, unless the customer explicitly requests not to carry out the check.

The shipping cost is not definitive at the time of pre-order. It will be calculated and communicated after the products arrive in the warehouse, once the weight, dimensions and final volume of the package have been verified.

The products will be shipped as soon as available after arrival and checking in the warehouse. If you wish to keep one or more items in our warehouse to combine them with future orders or products, you will need to let us know before preparing the shipment.
