Charges other than the product price

When the discounted merchandise total is below ¥30,000, actual Yamato Transport postage is paid by the recipient on delivery. The amount depends on packed size and weight, destination, and parcel count. When the discounted merchandise total is ¥30,000 or more, Rising Fun Store covers the domestic Yamato Transport postage. Payment methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit/debit cards; Shop Pay; Apple Pay; Google Pay; and PayPal. Only methods available for the customer's device and order are shown at checkout.

Payment timing

Payment is captured when the order is placed, subject to the terms of the selected payment provider.

Application period and sales quantity

Any preorder closing date or quantity limit is displayed on the relevant product page. Sales may end when the available allocation is exhausted.

Delivery timing

Preorder products are dispatched promptly after release, arrival at our warehouse, individual exterior and condition inspection, and packing. Manufacturer and supplier release estimates may change.

Delivery method

Yamato Transport, Japan only. Rising Fun Store covers domestic postage for discounted merchandise totals of ¥30,000 or more; below ¥30,000, postage is payable by the recipient on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

See our Returns, Refunds, and Preorder Cancellations policy. Customer-requested cancellations, partial cancellations, quantity reductions, substitutions, and other order changes are not accepted after confirmation, including before release or dispatch. Contact us within 7 days for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Eligible unopened customer-convenience returns require contact within 14 days; the customer pays return shipping. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
