- Manufacturer issues in sealed products (e.g., typos, missing cards, damaged inserts)
※ In such cases, please contact the manufacturer - "Reseal suspicion" based on subjective inspection when factory seals are intact and match known variants
- Promotional items not explicitly listed as included (posters, flyers, store bonuses, campaign codes, etc.)
- Return requests for boxes that were opened, unsealed, or tampered with after shipping
🔒 Seals & Authenticity
- "Factory sealed" means the product arrived at our store sealed by the manufacturer or authorized retailer.
- Seal patterns (logos, line placement, tightness) may vary by print lot or region, and this is not a defect.
- If a product is NOT factory sealed, we will clearly note this in the listing.
