All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

Europe (DE/IT/FR/ES)
  • Method: International Standard or Express (DHL/FedEx/local post)

QWill I pay customs, VAT or duties?
  • Japan: No customs fees on domestic orders.

QHow do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Use it on the carrier’s site or your order confirmation link to follow the delivery status.
QWhat’s your return & refund policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, unopened (for sealed items), with tags and original packaging.
  • Non-returnable: custom/personalized products, sale items, gift cards.
  • Trading cards, blind box/lottery figures, and sealed collectibles cannot be returned once opened.
To start a return, email info@risingfun.store. Items sent back without a prior request won’t be accepted.
QHow are refunds issued?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/card provider may need extra time to post the refund.
QWhich payment methods do you accept?
  • Credit Card, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay (charged upon our approval; see below)
  • Bank Transfer: pay within 7 days after placing the order
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): paid on delivery (¥300 fee)
QWhy does my order show “Pending approval”?
For some orders we authorize the payment at checkout and capture it only after manual review (stock/quality/shipping check). If approved, we capture and ship; if not, we void the authorization (no charge).
